How do I choose a piece or request a personal search?
Message us on WhatsApp to see available pieces. For a specific item, send the brand, model or image, size, colour and budget. We check our selection first, then search further if needed. We confirm documents, final price and delivery before you decide.
Do you already have pieces in stock?
Yes. We have many pieces available. Images on the site show style references and may differ from current stock. Ask us for photos, sizes and prices of pieces available today.
How do you check authenticity?
We select original pieces from authorised European sources and review the information available for each proposed item. Documents differ by piece. We share its photos and available supporting documents before you confirm.
Which certificate comes with a diamond?
The laboratory and report depend on the stone and collection. 4C grading reports may be from GIA or GSI. For some The Leo Diamond stones, a GemEx assessment also describes light performance. The Diamond Story may include a “Birth Certificate” tracing the stone's origin. We confirm the exact documents for your stone before ordering.
What are the 4Cs of a diamond?
They describe four characteristics: carat weight, colour, clarity and cut. The laboratory report lets you check the values for the particular stone offered.
When will I know the final price?
Price depends on the available or sourced piece, its size and characteristics. We tell you the final price before you confirm an order.
How do delivery, payment and returns work?
Insured delivery is free throughout Morocco, with payment on delivery. We confirm the terms applicable to your order before you approve it. Ask for the return conditions in writing before confirming. For destinations outside Morocco, ask us to check delivery options and costs for your order.
Is your Tétouan boutique open?
The Tétouan boutique is in its final decoration stage and is not yet open to the public. For now, we show available pieces and handle enquiries and orders through WhatsApp, with delivery in Morocco.
